5 VANCOUVER CAR SHOWS YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS

Get excited! Winter is making its exit and spring is just around the corner, which means our favourite season is upon us: car show season! Free your sweet vintage wheels from the garage, roll down the windows, and show it off with all the other car buffs who are doing the same. Don’t have a ride to show off? No worries! There’s something for every kind of somebody at Richmond Auto Mall and these 5 car shows you won’t want to miss.

1. Vancouver International Auto Show
When: March 19th-24th
Where: Vancouver Convention Centre, 999 Canada Pl.

Each year, car show season begins with the biggest of them all, the Vancouver International Auto Show. Over 500 vehicles will be on display, including the latest models of most major car brands, cutting edge concept cars, and never before seen debuts. Plus, test drives and contests will be available, too. If you’re a gear head, you won’t want to miss out on this event! Some of our favourite new vehicles that will be on display include:

2020 Honda Passport: This is the fourth SUV in Honda’s current lineup and is the perfect middle child amongst the CR-V and the Pilot. It’s adventurous, luxurious, and unique.

2020 Jeep Gladiator: This is where the rugged Wrangler meets the capability of a pick-up truck. Completely configurable, it comes with a fold-down windshield, soft and hard tops, and the ability to remove all 4 doors to really take in the open-air on all your adventures.

2020 Toyota Supra: Keep an eye out! The brand new Supra is promised to be the most exciting vehicle from Toyota in years, and is rumoured to appear at this year’s Vancouver Auto Show.

2019 Lexus UX: The UX is the beginning of a new genre of crossovers. It’s the first Lexus to be built on the new Global Architecture-Compact (GA-C) platform, resulting in a low centre of gravity and for a smooth but sturdy hatchback-like driving experience.

2019 Jaguar I-Pace: This premium sedan is as efficient as it is powerful. As Jaguar’s first all-electric SUV, it won the AJAC Canadian Utility Vehicle of the Year for 2019.

Nissan Altima: One of Nissan’s most popular models, this 6th generation sedan is all-new with an Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system that will feel like you’re driving the future.

If you fall in love with one of these new 2020 vehicles at the show, head on over to Richmond Auto Mall to check them out and book a test drive!
